Hello Crafters! I’m sharing another card I made for Joy’s Life Design Team Blog.
When I found Beth Opel’s “Worth the Hassle Card” (p.45, Cool Tools for Paper Crafters, Paper Crafts Mag), I knew I need to make a card with the tassel idea!
I just free hand trimmed a piece from black cardstock and rounded the cornor for the hat. Tassel is made with a strip of fringe cut paper:) I used the Martha Stewart fringe scissors but a pair of plain craft scissors will do! :) Happy cutting! :)
