The holiday season is certainly a busy one! Kim Kesti here sharing a quick and easy gift you can create for your child’s teacher, a favorite hair dresser, or anyone on your “thank you” list. The supplies are minimal, you will need the Waffle Flower 100% Love Stamp Set along with the snowflake and string stamps from the Holiday Labels – Merry Stamp Set. I also used the Flower Circles Die Set (one of my favorite dies) to cut my pierced circles. Fold the stamped topper in half and add your cute little gift card (I die over these tiny Starbucks cups). I attached mine with a brad. Slip the pierced circle under your gift card and adhere. I love that this now looks like a tree ornament! Staple the finished topper to your cookie bag and you are done! I know a lot of folks on my list that […]
Hello everyone! Nina here! I’m excited to share a quick way to custom-made a necklace holder with the popular Envelope Punch Board and the #MakeItGiveIt Sweepstakes – a partnership between Jo-Ann Stores and the National Military Family Association. Glamorous Handmade Necklace Holder Box We went all gold and glamor for our tree and gift wrapping this year. We can all use some glitter and metallic shine for Christmas, can’t we? The oversized golden flowers were made with the Flower Punch Board from some Goldie Lox Foil Paper. I’ve shared a tutorial on the Flower Punch Board earlier here and I am sharing a quick how-tos for the necklace holder made from a piece of kraft cardstock (12″x12″) and the Envelope Punch Board. Ever since Laura shared the Box Buster with us, I’ve been wanting to try it! How cool is it to make any size of a box using our beloved Envelope Punch Board? I measured the […]

Hello everyone! For this week’s Five for Friday, we’re taking a break from all the holiday card making by gathering some of the beautiful cards made with our Loved Stamp Set and Loved Die Set! In no particular order: by Debby Hughs (blogged here) I bet Debby is a great story teller! She just knows how much to leave you hang and keeps you coming back for more! With a little help of masking, she’s created this beautiful scene with very little stamping. A proof that sometimes, less is more! by Gayatri Murali (blogged here) The colors on Gayatri’s card made me WOW! The blues in this card totally make it pop but it is the perfect balance between the oranges and blues (warm and cool) that makes it one of our favorites! And have you noticed the light gray hearts behind the sentiment? It is all in the details! by Aga (blogged […]

Hello everyone. I’m joining a group of crafters in a hop today to say thank you to a magazine that has brought us together: Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Magazine. If you came from Bev’s blog, you are right on track. Since 2012, PCS has been a strong influence in my craft life. I like that it keeps up with the trends well and I can tell that a lot of time and care were put in each issue. I also appreciate that the team make the effort to build a craft community and organize events and activities. But the thing I am most thankful for PCS is the rejection I got from them. Every card remains annoynmous until it is accepted during the PCS selection process. I know none of the rejections (the cards I submitted but didn’t get picked up) were personal, which got me to wonder why and how can I improve. It was a wonderful […]
