Hello everyone! Welcome to Avery Elle September 2013 Inspiration Blog Hop! If you came from our talented guest designer: Katie Gehring, you are right on track!
I’m showcasing Suzani today!
I heat embossed the frame on some watercolor paper and colored in with green and blue watercolor paints. The colors blended together nicely.
Some dimension, some twine and some sequins.

Hello everyone! Popped in to share another card I made with the You Rule set from Avocado Arts!
I stamped the ruler image multiple times in black and then colored to create the background.

Hello everyone! Popped in to share another card I made for Neat and Tangled.
Stamps: (speech bubble from A Lot to Say, diamond and sentiment from Sparkle and Shine, strips from On the Strip 2) Neat and Tangled.
Quick and easy masking with a Post-It note torn in half.
I’m very excited to share another card I made using the same technique and was published in Paper Crafts July/August 2013 Issue! I used the hello strip from On the Strip.
I hope that you are inspired. Thank you for stopping by! Happy Stamping!
Hello everyone! I couldn’t remember when was the last time I made something just for the fun of it. So when I saw the new The Mixy-Matchy Style Challenge in the Moxie Fab World, I decided to play a little for myself :)
I have been exploring the mixy-matchy style (free-style collage?) lately myself. The photos Cath put together for us in the challenge are so inspiring! I have a few more ideas I would like to try in the next few day. Spend 2-3 hours making a card is the best way to end a long day, right? ;)
Lots of patterned paper and some stamping, a little bit of washi, a little bit of cork, a little bit of wood and a little bit of sequins and hemp cord. I had so much fun putting this card together.
A touch of glitter to finish the card.
Can you tell that I used the Paper Smooches Sparks Sketch? The DT samples are adorable!
Thank you for stopping by! Happy crafting!
Hello everyone! It’s time for another Cool Shades Challenge at Paper Smooches Sparks!
And here is my card. I was afraid that you would have been tired of my nautical cards lately so I did a space themed card instead. They are both associated with ships, right? haha!
This is my last challenge with PS Sparks as a design team member. I wanted to take the chance to thank Kim, the owner, and Sav, the design team coordinator, for having me. It was pure pleasure “working” you two! The challenges are fun and I really enjoyed the experience. Thank you!
