A Paper Crafted Christmas – Free Templates for 3D Reindeer, Trees and Star (.pdf) & A Coupon

Hello everyone! It is finally December! Have you started your holiday crafting? I’m sharing a fun & easy Christmas craft project today! This post is part of the Papercrafted Christmas campaign co-hosted by Jo-Ann and Die Cuts With a View (DCWV). All products used (except the templates) were found and bought at Jo-Ann. I received compensation in craft supplies for this post; however, this is my personal, honest opinion based on my experience. All products used were my personal choice. Thank you Jo-Ann and DCWV!  Isn’t Christmas the best occasion to craft with kids, decorate the house and enjoy some quality family binding time? I’m sharing a couple of good old PDF templates! Even a 4-year-old can help trace the templates, or hold the paper together while waiting for the glue to dry, right? This reindeer is my new favorite! I was inspired by a LEGO deer and had so much fun drawing and testing the template! […]

TCS#6 – Too Cute To Spook Free Patterns (PDF & .studio)

Hello Crafters! Welcome to another Cameo Spotlight Challenge! The theme is Halloween! There is a change of what can be entered for the challenge from now on: you can make cards, tags, scrapbook pages, home decor, gift boxes/bags and ornaments for The Cameo Spotlight challenges now! Wheels turning? ;) And this week, the winner will receive some awesome prize from Gelatins! I looked in the Silhouette store but could not find a ghost that I like so I drew my own little cuties. Look cute alone on a paper bag too! Here is a little preview of the free patterns. I included a witch hat pattern as well. You are welcome to use them in challenges but please link to this post (not the file directly). Summer Camp Tents

Summer Camp Tent Pattern (PDF & .studio) for Joy’s Life Fun in the Sun Bloghop & Giveaways

Welcome, Welcome, Crafters! Welcome to Joy’s Life June Bloghop & Giveaways! So glad you are here! If you came from Maria’s blog Joyful Stamper,  you are right on track! New to bloghop? It is where a group of people (like our Joy’s DT girls) create themed posts and link to each other’s blogs from our posts, so our blog readers can “hop” from one to the next. There are usually giveaways (or blog candies) :) So, are you ready for some summer fun? :) Like Camping? :) Heart from Joyful Hearts, “U+Me=♥” from Sweet Popsicle Puns and “Happy Camper” from Wild Life Puns. I was inspired by the origami tent here. It turned out to be a square tent with a 90 degree angle at top. I like a smaller angle and would love to have no paper edge or creases to show. So I experimented and drew my own pattern. […]

Big Boy/Girl Circles Printables

New printables, everyone:) There’s nothing a big boy/girl can’t handle! I have had this cute elephant die for quite some time and it was in my shower in the morning on the last day of Gallery Idol Submission when this sentiment came to me :) One of those “Aha” moments and I made the card: I designed the sentiment circle in Silhouette Studio and used the green sketch pen to sketch it out:) A small tip: If your pen is new, make sure the ink is flowing smoothly before you put it in use:) I am impressed how well it writes:) I just cannot stop there but make a bunch of them in rainbow colors for both boys and girls :) The circles fit into a regular 1-3/4″ punch:) I think they will make great reward badges for kids :) Enjoy~ Download Big Girl Circles (PDF) Download Big Boy Circles (PDF) SUPPLIES (code […]

You Can Go Your Own Way

Hello Crafters, Today I am sharing a little card I made for the PC Gallery Idol Contest. I received my pack of airplane wood veneers when I was flipping through my stamps looking for ideas:) And this card idea came up: I designed the little rainbow for the airplane in Silhouette Studio – Just some stretched circles:) Some nesting oval dies can do the trick too! :) I just cut some white cardstock and then colored in with some markers:) You can download the .studio file for the rainbow here (sized to fit the airplane wood veneer) or right click on the picture below to save it to your hard drive (print at 100% scale for the airplane) I think it can be fun to rotate the rainbow, resize it or do whatever to them – You can go your own way! :) Happy Crafting! :) SUPPLIES InLinkz.com
