Hi Everyone, I loved the Let Love Grow stamp set so much I wanted to make another card. I went crazy with the color and had a lot of fun doing it! This amazing set has butterflies too, which were also awesome to work with.
First, I colored and cut my images. I used copic markers for the coloring. Here are the colors I used: Orange – E00, E02, E07, E97 Gray – W00, W1, W3 Purple – V04, V06, V17, V25 Yellow – Y11 Green – BG72, BG75 Brown – E41, E43 I accented the coloring with white gel pen and Wink of Stella clear brush pen. Next, I started on the background. I cut the card front with the largest Lacy Layers Die. I used Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink to create a sky. I cut another card front from the largest Lacy Layers Die and then used that to cut out the grass die from the Scenery die set. I created a larger one and a smaller one.
These were inked with Wilted Violet and Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Ink. I directly adhered the grass mounds to the card front. I used the “Make A Wish” sentiment and stamped it at the bottom with Versamark and white heat embossed. I adhered the veggie images in the middle with foam tape and the two butterflies on the side directly to the card front. The larger image is holding the wand image. The finishing touches included mini star sequins using Ranger Matte Medium. Finally take your card front and adhere it to a top folding card base.
I hope you enjoy this card and give it a try!
Rina
