Hello everyone! It’s Channin here and today I’m making some colorful backgrounds! This week I’m combining a craft room staple, embossing folders, with the newcomer, Distress Oxides! This might seem strange but these two make a great match. Hello everyone!! It's Nichol here!! Today I'm creating a striking background with the new Enveloper Little Birdie Stamp Set flower border images and water colors. I stamped one of the borders along both sides of a Bristol smooth cardstock background using Versamark Ink and heat embossed the images with white embossing powder. I watercolored the images with the Kuretake Gansai Tambi Watercolors, giving the images rich color and then added a light aqua watercolor wash to the background to really make the flower borders pop!
