Five for Friday - What's Up, Fall?

Hello everyone! Lorena here, happy to be back! For those of you in the Northern Hemisphere, Summer is coming to an end, and signals of Fall slowly start popping all around. I know Fall is the favorite season for many people and I can’t help but wonder… what’s up with Autumn that makes it so special? Let’s take a walk through some of the perks of the season… Maybe it’s that we get to wear cute and cozy sweaters? 
Here’s a little bonus pic that made me chuckle… 
Ok, back to the many great things of Fall… perhaps it’s because who doesn’t love all things pumpkin? 
Not to mention, it’s the season when we get to be thankful… 
There’s even time for all things scary and spooky (this one made me chuckle, again). 
But probably, my favorite thing of Fall are the absolutely amazing colors in mother nature, the trees dressed in majestic tones of orange, yellow and red. 
With all this Fall-ish inspiration, I decided to make a “Falling for you” card. Leafy stamp set may be perfect to stamp all things tropical, but it sure works for an autumnal theme, too! The Papercut alphabet die worked as a charm for a bold custom sentiment and that tiny “for you” comes from Flutter stamp set. 
I made a leafy background stamping the solid leaves in Versamark and then heat embossing with clear powder. The letters were layered on a vellum strip so they wouldn’t get lost under the leaves ;)
