The Deckled Frames Die set by cardmaker JJ Bolton features dies with a rough edge that mimics handmade paper or torn paper. The uneven edges of these dies have a soft and organic feel that is perfect for cards with natural themes like flowers, animals, and plants.

This set includes 5 versatile shapes:
- two large panels: 4-1/4"w x 5-1/2"h, 3-3/4"w x 4-3/4"h
- one oval label: 1"w x 2-1/8"h
- one rectangle label: 1"w x 2"h
- triptych panel: 1-3/4"w x 4"h (overall) - individual frames 1-3/4"w x 1-1/4"h

Getting Started Guide

Wafer Thin Craft Dies

  • Use with a desktop roller-style die-cutting machine.
  • Works with cardstock, paper, vellum, felt, and other thin craft materials.
  • Hold in place with low-tack tape to minimize shifting.
  • For intricate designs, a cardstock or metal shim, or an extra pass, may help.
  • Use a die pick or brush tool to remove small pieces.
  • Waffle Flower dies are already de-tabbed. For storage, tape them to a piece of cardstock or use a magnetic sheet.

Deckled Frames dies

This is an awesome and versatile set of dies. The larger rectangles are great to use in place of a plain rectangle die. The smallest rectangle and oval are great for sentiments and the 3 panel die will make a great focal area for a card front or to use in scrapbooking.
