Balloon Background Die-n-stencil

The die cuts beautifully. I’m enjoying Cathy Zelski’s tip on cutting first & using the stencils next. I make lots & lots of bday cards & ballon’s are a fun way to start. A great addition to my waffle Flower stash; they have such great products!
