Product Exchanges

Ordered the wrong item? No worries! We can help you swap it out!

Please return the product in its original packaging in the same condition as you received it to:

If there is additional charges for the exchange, we will email you an invoice for the difference including shipping. Once paid, we will ship the new item asap.

If there is excess charges, we will refund the difference in product prices minus the shipping cost for the new item.

Returns/Refunds

If you believe the product you received is defective, please contact customer service at cs@waffleflower.com for possible solutions and/or replacements.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the non-sale product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Our address is:

After we receive your return package, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, your refund will be processed as a store credit that can be used at waffleflower.com. 

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Waffle Flower’s discretion.
