All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

We offer USPS First Class and Priority shipping to customers worldwide! However, at this time, we are unable to ship directly to consumers in the EU. For your convenience, please visit our Store Locator to find a stockist near you

 

United States (Domestic)

Free USPS shipping on International retail orders at $400 and above; no code needed.

* All orders shipped outside of the United States will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. You are responsible for any applicable customs fees that may be related to the delivery of your order. Delivery time varies by country and can take up to five weeks. Order tracking is not available and Waffle Flower Crafts is not responsible for the package once it is shipped.

Returns Policy

If you believe the product you received is defective, please contact customer service at cs@waffleflower.com for possible solutions and/or replacements.

Grab bags and daily deal items are not eligible for refunds.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the non-sale product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Our address is:

After we receive your return package, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, your refund will be processed as a store credit that can be used at waffleflower.com. 

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Waffle Flower’s discretion.
