We put these free printables together to help you make thank you cards to our health heroes and essential workers. We included both colored and outlined versions of the images. Print the pages at 100%, trim in half and fold to make horizontal or vertical cards.

Use the images as they are for quick cards, use a sentiment of your choice from the sentiments sheet provided, or add diecuts to customize them to your liking.

Fabulous and Free

Who doesn't love a freebie? I loved these printables because it meant i could quickly print and post to my special nurses (friends & Family) without having to spend hours designing something. These were perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've also sent some to our local hospital left blank for the staff to issue to any Nurse/staff member whomay be struggling thought it might just brighten their day a tiny bit x
