Abstract Background with Keeway

Keeway used the Watercolor Swatches stamp set to create this awesome abstract background. She stamped and heat embossed with white embossing powder and then stamped and embossed again slightly offset from the original. She watercolored in the rectangles to create her pretty sea scene. The adorable mermouse from Make Waves and her fish friends complete the scene!
