More Creative Ideas Using December 2020 Slimlines & Alphabets Release - Week 4

New Beginnings Combo
We get another inspirational card from Maria. She chose one of her all-time favorite quotes by Mahatma Gandhi. Because the full quote is too long for her project she shortened it a bit. She started with the biggest stitch-edge layer die from the Slim Lacy Layers set. She diecut all letters five times. Four times from white cardstock and one time from colored cardstock in all the colors of the rainbow. She glued all the letters together and arranged them on the card front. A ruler helped her to make sure, all letters were straight and tidy.

Elyse used a beautiful cool color combination on her card. She die cut the letters 3 times and then added Glossy Accents over them to give them that shine.

Sentiment Additions Combo
A2 Layers Die
Alix's clean and simple card looks very elegant with the scalloped detailing and popped up layers. She used the Slim Lacy Layers die for the different tiers and just cut down to make an A2 card. The sprigs are Copic colored and her sentiment is stamped in crisp black ink. She added a few clear enamel dots as accents.

Natalia's Copic coloring skills are amazing. The addition of the white dot accents on the blooms makes such a huge impact. The soft blended background really lets the focal image shine.

A slimline shaker card is a wonderful gift. Elyse used the Slimline Angled Panel die along with the diagonal stripe paper from JJ's Rainbow paper pad to make this gorgeous and easy background. She also used the JJ's Rainbow paper pad for her die cut letters so that there was an exact match of colors.

This shadowbox card by Galina is made with some of our older products, but it is so stinking cute that I wanted to throw it in. All the pattern papers are from the Special Delivery paper pad. The outer panel and scalloped frame were die cut with the Lacy Square die. The adorable critters and book images are from the Books & Coffee set (dwindling supply buy it soon if you want it - it is not going to last). The cloud bow with the glitter tape center is the perfect finishing touch.
