Build a Scene Using Distress Inks - Chari Moss

Hello everyone! We have another guest today!
Chari Moss was one of my first cardmaker crushes. I've always loved her use of distress inks and her attention to details when it comes to building scenes. So when we have our first scene building set: Riverside, her name was the first one that came to my mind. You will find lots of clever uses of products in her post today! Take it away, Chari!
I used a rectangle die to cut a wide frame from kraft card stock. Then I stamped it using Toffee Crunch Memento ink which has a great tone on tone look on kraft card stock. Using distress inks I blended a night sky. I used Shaded Lilac, Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Faded Jeans for my sky. I also used distress inks in Peeled Paint and Forest Moss to color the ground.
For the Tent I stamped the image on the background and then cut one out as well. I colored the tent with distress inks in Dried Marigold, Riper Persimmon and Scattered Straw for the inside. I colored the moon with Scattered Straw as well and the bunny with Pumice Stone. To finish off the scene I stamped the stars from Starry Night with Gold Delicata ink.
And last by not least I couldn't forget the inside right? I used a sentiment from Starry nights and stamped the lantern in grey ink with fireflies and stars sprinkled around in yellow.

Build a Scene Using Distress Inks
Hi everyone, Chari here to share a project using some of the newest Waffle Flower stamps! I used the Riverside stamp set, the Riverside die set and Starry Night stamp set along with lots of distress inks.
