Hello everyone! Welcome to day 6 of a week long inspiration brought to you by Freckled Fawn and Waffle Flower Crafts! We have simplified the blog hop to two stops - our blog here and the blog of Freckled Fawn. Stop by both of our blogs for inspiration and prizes! We have our very talented design team member: Joni Andaya here today!

Hello there
Joni here. For my first project I combined the Waffle Flower
Riverside Die Set (trees) and
A Homemade Christmas sentiment (Merriest Wishes) with Freckled Fawn Enamel Classic Dew Drops.
To begin, I first die-cut the trees on watercolor paper using the Riverside dies and watercolor the trees then let it dry. Next I adhere the trees using glue pen on the center of the white cardstock panel and created the ground using Copic markers in gray. For the snow glitter effect I used the Martha Stewart glue pen and made some tiny dots on the card panel then pour the clear glitter from Martha Stewart and let it dry. I also added some glitters on the ground and the trees. For the finishing touch I added the white enamel dots from Freckled Fawn.

Here’s the full view of the card.

For my second project I combined the
Riverside Die Set (river and trees) and
A Homemade Christmas Stamp Set (sentiment “Home Sweet Home” and tiny house). I also used the Starry Night stamp set (sentiment “Everyday”). I combined these Waffle Flower sets with Freckled Fawn Wood Chips Clouds.
To begin my card I first cut a panel tiny bit shorter than the A2 card just for me to adhere a strip of Kraft cardstock at the bottom of the card. I then die-cut the river, trees, using the watercolor paper then color in. For the tiny house I stamped it on the watercolor paper and fussy cut.
I then put everything together starting at the bottom of the panel first….hehehe that’s how I do it ☺ bottom first then I move up. I adhere the river, colored the ground for the trees using Copic Markers in Olive green, then adhere the trees, and the house. I stamped the sentiment “Home Sweet Home” from
A Homemade Christmas. I also added the “Everyday” from
Starry Night Stamp Set.

Next, I move up on top of the panel and adhere the Mountain from
Riverside Die Set, same process die-cut on watercolor paper and color it in. I adhere mountains close on top of the river and added the Freckled Fawn Wood Chips Clouds to finish off the card.

Here’s the full view of the card.

I hope you enjoyed! Thank you so much for stopping by ☺

These are wonderful! I especially love that first one, the mix of the paste and enamel dot snow and the sparkle and texture added to the coloring/trees, it’s so pretty!
