Gift for You - Card by Patricia Roebuck

Hello Waffle Flower friends! I was inspired by this month’s inspiration challenge to use the Little Gifts stamp set. The inspiration reminded me of a party with the circle garland, and gifts are usually at parties!  I started this card with a piece of 4.25x5.5 piece of Canson 140 lb Cold Press watercolor paper to create a watercolor background.
