Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery Guidelines

Our Inspiration Gallery is a place for fellow cardmakers to discover ideas and inspiration using Waffle Flower products. To keep the gallery focused and helpful, please follow these guidelines when submitting your projects:

• Waffle Flower products should be the main focus of your project.

• Only Waffle Flower stamps, dies, and stencils may be used in your project.

• Other general craft supplies, such as inks, cardstock, coloring mediums, adhesives, and embellishments, are welcome.

• Photo props are welcome! Just make sure only Waffle Flower branding is visible in your photos. Please keep other craft company logos, packaging, watermarks, and branded products out of the photo.

• Please use clear, well-lit photos with your project in focus. We want fellow cardmakers to be able to see and enjoy all the details!

• Please keep project photos and descriptions free of affiliate codes, social media links, promotional messages, and outside advertising. Your name will be credited alongside your project.

• Your submitted projects will appear in your own gallery right away. Before a project is published to the public Inspiration Gallery, you can edit the project details, replace photos, or delete the project. Projects will be reviewed by Waffle Flower before they are published to the public Inspiration Gallery. Once published, only limited information can be edited, but you can hide or delete the project at any time.

• By submitting a project, you understand that your project may be shared in the public Inspiration Gallery to provide ideas and inspiration for fellow cardmakers. You confirm that you own the photos you submit and grant Waffle Flower Crafts permission to use, reproduce, display, and distribute them in connection with the Inspiration Gallery, including allowing gallery users to print project pages containing your photos and tips for their personal use. You retain ownership of your original photos and content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Waffle Flower may choose not to publish or may remove projects that do not meet these guidelines.
