The Waffle Flower Grip Mat is designed to gently hold your cardstock in place when stamping, stenciling, and more!

Made from high-quality photopolymer, this mat takes advantage of the natural stickiness of the material to grip papers without any adhesives or glues. Since the stickiness is a natural property of the photopolymer, you can use this mat over and over again. The Waffle Flower Grip Mat reduces taping significantly so you can spend more time playing!

This 6.5x8.5 Grip Mat can be used in place of the black foam piece in the original size stamp positioning tool. Use the included printed Guide either below or above the mat to aid your placement when needed. If the mat loses its cling, simply clean with water or mild soap. Return to transparent sheet for storage.

User experience may vary depending on the size, weight, and texture of the paper. Low spots and air bubbles are normal and should not affect the mat's ability to grip. Avoid contact with foiled images. Avoid contact with sharp edges or abrasive materials Some inks/pigments may stain your mat. Wear and tear is expected with normal use.

Love the grip mayt

It is wonderful for using with my Mysti or stand-alone to do ink blending. Very easy to clean. Really like how well paper and stencils both stick and don’t allow for movement during blending.

Very Useful Grip Mat

I didn’t know what to expect with the grip mat. It comes with two acrylic sheets to protect it, and I can temporarily place the mat on them if I need to work on another technique. I thought it would hold my card stock better, but I just press down on the cs and it doesn’t move at all while I’m stenciling. The only thing is I bought the 6.5 x 8.5 mat and there’s not enough room on either side of a 6 x 6 stencil to press the stencil down so it stays secure. I plan on buying the next size up for my larger stencils. I also love that it doesn’t rip my card stock like some sticky mats do.

this grip mat is a DREAM!!

I am SO glad I found and purchased this grip mat which fits perfectly into the Misty stamp positioning tool. You can place your paper or cardstock anywhere on the mat and it holds it PERFECTLY, while also allowing a clean release that does NOT damage the paper at all! (Other grip mats are more difficult to use, and the card stock is often damaged when you attempt to release them.) Waffle Flower invented the perfect solution! LOVE IT!!
