This die is really useful! I use it constantly and love it! Plus in certain situations, you will find that this die pays for itself quickly. If you buy this die plus some liquid glue, you can stop buying those expensive sticker reinforcements at the office supply store; you can use scrap paper (for example, re-use the paper from the envelopes your bills come in) to make reinforcements for your torn and worn papers. For that reason alone, if you have kids in school or you are a university student, this die is a really good buy, assuming you already have a die cutter to use it with.
I'd like to respond to a reviewer above who said, "I did not buy this die. I was looking for one that would make many at one time so I could make good use of my scraps. I hope somebody makes that because, let’s face it, one reinforcer at a time is incredibly tedious work on a die machine!"
First of all, this die isn't at all tedious to use if you run it through at the same time you die cut other stuff. One simple answer is to grab a scrap plus this die and run it through your die cutter any time you're die cutting anything else. If you do this consistently, and then make an envelope to store your reinforcements in, you'll always have reinforcements handy when you need them. This is not tedious and it is not difficult to do.
Furthermore, at the time of this posting, this die costs $3. It is totally affordable. It is totally worth $3. If you need more than one of these, the simple answer is BUY MORE THAN ONE OF THESE DIES. It will cost you $9 plus shipping and tax to buy 3 of these dies. If you feel that you need 3 of them to make it worth your time to use the dies, then buy 3 of them! Problem solved!
