What Marcie Says: The inspiration photo this month brings celebrations to mind and I wanted to create a card that channelled fun and excitement. I trimmed my base slightly narrower than 4" so the balloons could over-hang and still fit in a standard A2 envelope easily. Sparkly silver embossing powder helps the Magical sentiment shine. This card screams party-time!

Waffle Flower Inks – New Fish in pond, You said what?, Safe Choice, Daydreaming and Coffee Loves Milk
What Shona Says: I stamped each balloon twice with Waffle Flower inks. To get the aqua colour I stamped first with ‘Daydreaming’ and then overtop with ‘New Fish in Pond’. I fussy cut all the balloons out and popped them up on foam tape. The ‘celebrate’ was die-cut from gold cardstock with a few from white cardstock to give it stability. The rest of the sentiment was heat embossed in gold.

What Daria Says: My starting point was the garland. It is so bright and beautiful on the inspiration photo. So, I took the smallest flower from In Every Way Stamp Set and made my own... To incorporate some glass texture, I made the card half transparent using an acetate. While adding little glittery hearts, I though about using the second piece of Tiny Heart Die on a string. That is how the second card was born. I am not sure, but it is possible, I saw something similar... but, unfortunately, couldn't find the original... I finish up both cards with the sentiment from With Love DIe.
