Silly Valentine Week - [Video] Galaxy Background Technique - Tessa Wise

My girls love these glow-in-the-dark stars and wanted to include them in their valentine's this year. I tucked them away in some embossed vellum bags and decorated the outside using an out-of-this-world galaxy technique done with our Starry Night Stamp Set and Surface-Tag Die- Starter Kit.
