New iPhone Wrap Sewed
I received an iPhone 4S and a sewing machine this Christmas :) And here is what I came up with. My first ever sewing project on a sewing machine! I cheated every way I could. And I discovered my new best pal for sewing: The Seam Ripper! lol I came up with this little pattern myself after reading part of the 2 sewing books: 1-2-3 Sew and Pretty Little Presents. So far, I like Pretty Little Presents better because of the illustrated instructions on basics - i.e. What is Topstitching? ;) 4 more books are on their way:) And I...

Origami Gift Box (Perfect for Washi Tapes)
My work server was down for maintenance this morning, so I made some small gifts. How cute would a roll of wash tape be in an origami box? The best part is that it takes only a piece of 6 x 6 paper! No scissors, no glue and no waste! I finally put some use to the pretty patterns that seemed hard to fit into my cards :) Most washi rolls fit into this box size. Think about all the 6x6 pads you have, anyone? :) I tried putting a tutorial together but origami steps are tricky to shoot. Maybe later...
