Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery Challenges
Challenge Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or older, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees of Waffle Flower Crafts, LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
During the challenge period, upload a qualifying project to the Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery and select the Enter the Challenge checkbox.
All challenge entries must meet the following requirements:
- Projects must be new, original creations that have not been previously shared or published anywhere at the time of submission.
- Previously uploaded projects in the Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery are not eligible.
- Projects must follow the [Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery Guidelines] and any additional requirements for the specific challenge.
- You may use Waffle Flower products you already own. No additional purchase is required.
- Projects must be submitted during the challenge period.
You may submit as many qualifying projects as you'd like. However, each eligible participant receives only one entry in the random drawing per challenge, regardless of the number of projects submitted.
You can still enter the prize drawing without submitting a project. Simply sign in to your free Waffle Flower account and complete the entry form linked on the challenge page. Each eligible person receives one entry per challenge, regardless of how they enter.
3. Challenge Period
Each challenge's start and end dates will be displayed on its challenge page. All deadlines are based on Arizona time (MST).
Entries received after the challenge closes will not be eligible for that challenge's giveaway.
4. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants after the challenge ends.
The selected winner will be reviewed and approved by Waffle Flower before being officially announced.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants.
5. Prize
One winner per challenge will receive a $25 USD Waffle Flower digital gift certificate, redeemable at waffleflower.com.
For winners in countries where Waffle Flower does not ship directly, Waffle Flower will coordinate with a participating retailer to purchase a gift certificate of equivalent value in local currency on the winner's behalf, subject to retailer availability.
The gift certificate may be transferred or gifted to another person. The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email from gallery-winner@waffleflower.com once their eligibility has been verified.
Waffle Flower reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the original winner is found ineligible or cannot be contacted within the response period stated in the challenge details.
7. General Conditions
Waffle Flower reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules, the Inspiration Gallery Guidelines, or the specific challenge requirements, including entries involving fraudulent activity.
Waffle Flower may modify, suspend, or cancel a challenge if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromise its fairness or proper operation, subject to applicable law.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Project submissions are also subject to the Waffle Flower Inspiration Gallery Guidelines.
