After heat embossing the leaves around the edge of the watercolor cardstock panel with gold and Liquid Platinum embossing powder, I used Distress Inks to watercolor over top of the leaves. Once dry, I heat embossed part of my sentiment and cut out the word from gold glitter cardstock. This was a fun and easy way to add a touch of color to your project without getting too involved in the watercoloring process!

Shona Chambers Products: Lacy Flower Mat Dies Lacy Flowers Dies Awesome word Die Congrats Stamp Set WFC-3-14-Shona Chambers What Shona Says:
I used Distress Inks to water colour on paper to create shades close to the flower colours in the photo. I then used the Lacy Flower Mat Dies to create a backdrop for the flowers, giving the main flower a colour similar to the basket in the photo. The ‘Awesome’ die was die-cut 3x and glued together for dimension.
